Strategy & concept
We start from the goal, the audience and the role creators should play in the campaign.
We help brands design and run influencer campaigns: goals, creators, content, activation and results analysis.

Frame Choose Coordinate
Beyond the numbers
Follower count is not enough. A collaboration needs the right story, a relevant audience, a credible format and a clear use for the brand. To frame the right setup, read our UGC vs influencer marketing guide.
Our method
We start from the goal, the audience and the role creators should play in the campaign.
We identify and vet profiles for brand fit, audience, tone and creative ability.
We organise outreach, discussions and content production, with clear approvals.
We track deliverables and campaign signals to inform the next activations and amplification.
Based on your challenge
Choose your goal to see the approach.
Coordinated posts around the product, its benefit and the launch moment.
Creators and formats that match the audiences you want to reach.
Demos, real-life scenarios and explanations that make your offer concrete.
Creator experiences and testimonials built around your product and how it is used.
Creator content your brand can reuse within the agreed rights.
Content adapted for paid social, with ad usage planned from the brief.
Rights, channels and distribution terms are agreed for each collaboration.
From idea to learning
We define the audience, goal, timeline and the metrics used to read the campaign.
We frame the message, formats, channels and the creators’ role.
We vet creators based on your brand, their audience and how they create.
Briefs, coordination, approvals and the schedule organise production and posting.
We track deliverables and gather the data available within the project scope.
We link results to content to recommend the next variations or activations.
From first brief to final report
A clear framework, planned approvals and a scope defined together. Here is how your project comes together with REM.
We clarify your goal, audience, channels, timeline and budget. These are used to propose a scope: target profiles, formats, deliverables, approval steps and tracking metrics. You know what is planned before launch.
We look for a fit between your brand, the creator’s community, their tone and the way they create. We review their content, audience fit and the available signals. Follower count is one criterion among others. The casting is built for your campaign.
Depending on the agreed scope, we run scouting, outreach, the brief, coordination, content feedback, the posting schedule and deliverable tracking. Your team’s roles and approvals are defined at the start.
The project can include a campaign recommendation, a creator selection, briefs, a schedule, the content and a report on available results. The number of profiles, formats, versions and feedback rounds is set out in the proposal.
This is planned from the brief. We agree with you and the creators on channels, duration, territory and permitted uses, including paid advertising. A post on a creator’s account does not automatically give you all reuse rights.
Metrics depend on the goal and the data available: reach, views, engagement, clicks or conversions when the setup allows them to be measured. The report links results to the messages and formats tested to plan the next steps.
UGC is mainly about producing videos or photos for the brand’s own channels. An influencer campaign means the creator speaks to their own community. We can combine both when your goal calls for it.
Our Creator Engine™ package starts at €1,497 excl. VAT to activate 10 creators through gifting, including sourcing, selection, coordination and tracking. Campaigns with paid creators are quoted based on profiles, volume, rights and timeline. For a first estimate, try the influencer budget calculator or read how much budget to plan.
It depends on your goal. Micro-influencers often have a closer audience and a lower cost, useful for trust and conversion. Big accounts mainly drive awareness. We often combine both. Our guide on how to choose an influencer explains the method.
Yes. Every sponsored post carries the required disclosure (such as “Ad” or “Paid partnership”) and follows the rules on edited images and regulated products. Check your own collaborations with our influencer disclosure checklist.
